Marine kayak excursion in the beautiful waters of Roca Vecchia. We will paddle in this beautiful stretch of the Adriatic coast and discover its most particular characteristics, its geological origins but also the charm of its ancient history. We will meet small bays set in the rock, we will explore mysterious caves frequented by pirates, we will swim near the archaeological area of ​​Roca and the famous Cave of Poetry before returning to our starting point.

BIKE TOUR TO DISCOVER ROCA, THE CAVE OF POETRY AND THE DUE SORELLE

A splendid ride to discover the history and charm of Roca Vecchia. We will walk the streets of the small town to reach the bay of Porto Lignu, the cave of the Zingaro and then the archaeological remains of the Messapian and medieval city. We will reach the famous cave of Poetry to discover its history and its geological origins and then go to admire the most famous stacks of Salento: the two sisters! We will then leave the coast and return pedaling along the secondary streets of the hinterland, where we will also meet the remains of the Renaissance village of Roca Nuova, created during one of the periods of abandonment of the coast, easy prey for Saracen pirates.
